Account Information: When you register using a third-party service like Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that service.
Profile Information: You choose to provide us with your date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, dating age range preferences, and your current dating location.
User Content: You provide photos, answers to our questions ("Quotes"), and decorative stickers for your profile. You may also provide a text description for the location of your photos.
B. Information Collected Automatically:
When you use our App, we automatically collect certain information:
Usage Activity: We collect information about your activity on the App, such as how you use it (e.g., profiles you view, likes you send and receive) and information about your matches and messages.
Device Information: We collect information from and about the device you use to access our App, including IP address, device ID, operating system, and mobile network information.
Geolocation: With your permission, we may collect your device's precise geolocation to help connect you with other users. You can disable this at any time in your device's settings.
Push Notification Token: We collect a token to be able to send you push notifications for app-related activities, such as new matches or messages.
3. How We Use Your Information

To operate and maintain the App, including enabling our unique group chat feature.
To show your profile to other users and to show you relevant profiles.

4. How We Share Your Information
Your information is shared in the following ways:
With Other Users: Your public profile information (photos, username, age, quotes, stickers, location) is visible to other users of the App. When you are placed in a group chat, the other three members of the group will see your profile.
With Service Providers: We use third-party service providers for hosting, data storage, identity management, analytics, and customer support. Our primary cloud infrastructure provider is Amazon Web Services (AWS), which stores user profile data, photos, and manages user authentication. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over your personal information. You can access and review most of your profile information directly within the App. To update, correct, or request the deletion of your account and associated data, please send a formal request to us via the contact email provided below. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously and use technical and administrative measures to protect it. This includes using encryption to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We rely on the robust security infrastructure of our cloud provider, Amazon Web Services, to safeguard your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we may retain certain information for a limited period for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, and to comply with our legal and financial obligations.

Our services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information and suspend your account permenantely.
